1. Free Service
Bill Support provides a free bill review and program matching service. We do not charge customers for consultations, applications, or general support — therefore, no refunds are typically applicable.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your engagement with Bill Support at any time by calling us at (888) 249-4130 or emailing support@billsupportnow.online. Cancellation takes effect immediately.
3. Paid Services (If Applicable)
If, at any time, Bill Support offers optional paid services or premium features, the following terms apply:
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Services already rendered are non-refundable.
- Refund requests must be made in writing to support@billsupportnow.online.
4. Third-Party Programs
Refunds for any fees charged by third-party assistance programs, utility companies, or government agencies are governed by those parties' own policies. Bill Support cannot issue refunds on their behalf.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Customer provided inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Customer was deemed ineligible for a program after application.
- More than 7 days have passed since the payment date.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email support@billsupportusa.com with your full name, contact details, payment date, and reason for refund. Our team will respond within 3 business days.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Please review it periodically for any changes.
